Delivery
All our deliveries are made through Royal Mail and DPD, SmokeShisha.com deliver goods to destinations within the UK and internationally. All goods and shipping charges must be paid for and received in full prior to dispatch from SmokeShisha.com
Once payment has been accepted online or once payment has been received from cheque payments and wire transfers, our aim is to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2 > 3 business days. SmokeShisha.com make every effort to deliver your goods in good time how ever do not accept liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Order Processing
Once you have placed an online order with us all the order details are securely transmitted to us and a order confirmation email is sent out to the email address you provided in your account setup. The order confirmation email shall list a unique order number and full order details.

It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back until a representative has advised to do so.
Missing Items - If there are items missing upon receipt of your order please contact us by email within the first 3 days after delivery. A SmokeShisha.com representative shall then contact you to help resolve any problems. It is important that you save all packaging materials as they maybe required by our delivery agents for inspection if any claim was to arise.
Incorrect Order - If the product(s) you receive were not as you ordered, please contact us by email within the first 3 days after delivery. It is important that you save all packaging materials as well as the product(s). Once you have emailed a SmokeShisha.com representative shall give you instructions on how to proceed so that the issue may be resolved.
