Returns Policy
Goods are not supplied on a trial or test basis, therefore please check suitability and compatibility for the intended purpose or use with either SmokeShisha.com or the product manufacturer prior to ordering. Please note that all orders, once received, are considered firm and any cancellations which are approved by us will be subject to a 25% handling / re-stocking fee in respect of loss of profits. Goods must be returned to us at the customer's expense with in 28 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction.
All sales and products that are shipped are final. In the case of broken merchandise upon receipt of shipment a replacement will be shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
